How to Make It
Step 1
Bring a frying pan and put the oil in it and leave it on the stove until the oil gets hot
Step 2
Add the chopped garlic to the oil in the pan, stir the garlic in the oil until it wilts, then add the vinegar to it and stir for a few seconds, then remove the pan of garlic
Step 3
If the beans are not cooked, we soak them in boiling water for two hours, then filter them from the soaking water, and put them in a broom with a quarter cup of red lentils, a tomato and a grain of onions, and leave the beans on a low heat for 8 hours until they are cooked
Step 4
We wash and cut all the vegetables
Step 5
Bring a bowl and put the ghee in it and leave it on the stove until the butter is melted
Step 6
Add the onion slices to the bowl and turn them over until the onion slices are yellow

Add the rest of the vegetables (bell pepper, and hot pepper) to the bowl

Add the fava beans to the pot, then add the vinegar, tomato sauce and garlic sauce, then season with salt, pepper and cumin. Stir all the ingredients and raise the fire until it boils

Reduce the heat and leave the Alexandrian beans mixture until soft
Step 10
Put the Alexandrian beans in the serving dishes, then decorate with chopped parsley and serve it next to the baladi bread

- 1 tablespoon Wadi Food Natural Vinegar - 1l
